It’s frustrating that there isn’t a manual for figuring out how to do life. We could each use step-by-step directions to know how to move through the hard situations and emotions … and live the life we long for and deserve.

Are you exhausted from trying to take care of everybody else? Is setting healthy boundaries hard? Do you avoid conflict, worried about hurting someone’s feelings?

We all, each of us, have a story…

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and for more than twenty years I’ve helped people know that their story matters. I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can slow down, feel whatever you feel, and be fully seen without judgment. I will honor your sadness, anxiety, fear, anger, and other hard emotions that seem like they’re too heavy to carry or move through. Clients often tell me my presence feels grounding … I give them permission to let go of the pressure to “hold it all together” … help them know that there is hope. We will work on coping skills and help you understand why you do what you do, so that you can live empowered and find joy.
